Rijeka

Rijeka is the third-largest city in Croatia and also the largest and most important seaport. You can reach the city from southern Germany in just a few hours by car (mainly via highways), and there are daily bus and train connections. Additionally, the airport is located just 30 km from the city center on the island of Krk. The city center borders directly on the port and offers not only the shopping opportunities of a modern city but also a number of cultural landmarks and attractions.
